Our stay at Casa de Noronha Lima was fantastic. The location is unbeatable—tucked away on a quiet street but just a short walk from all the main attractions. The breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a delicious selection of fresh, local foods that gave us the perfect start to our day. Highly recommended!

Breakfast had lots of delicious fresh and healthy choices including a gourmet coffee machine. The property is a newly and beautifully renovated house. It is family owned, spotlessly clean, with a gorgeous pool and garden. They graciously helped us with dinner recommendations, facilitated a cab ride to the suspension bridge and walk way, received excellent communication and customer service. We felt welcome the minute we arrived!

We arrived very late and the host was very kind and helpfull, she kept in touch with us till we arrived. We ordered 2 rooms the room on the entrance floor was comfort and well decorated. The quinta is in a walk distance to Arouca 516 bridge which is vey comfortable

We loved the location and the rustic appeal of the house, it was very well renovated and maintained a lot of the original backbone of the original infrastructure. It also had a very cosy room that came with a very smart independent backdoor that allowed us to come in and out of the property as if it were a tiny apartment. Overall we really enjoyed the stay!

    Alvarenga is famous for longest suspension bridge in the world. Great experience to cross it. Also has nice walking trail along the river. Unfortunately due to high temperatures we could not walk through.

    Beautiful area with plenty of routes for walkers.

    Beautiful area with plenty of routes for walkers. Great for outdoors and nature lovers. Very interesting geology and cultural visits options. Restaurants offer top quality local meat, but that's very much it. Plan for your own cooking if you are hoping for some variety in your diet while in the area.
