Extremely beautiful hotel in a historic building, with an excellent breakfast service. But the most positive aspect of the experience was the receptionist Louisa. She was extremely kind and helpful, she took time to explain the most important cites in the city and give us a little history lesson. I definitely recommend!!!

We loved the location of the room, front facing with windows on 2 aspects, giving a great view of the city. The self service breakfast was full of choice and always being topped up by the helpful, pleasant staff. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a plan for how to make the most of our stay.

Picturesque are outside the city, but close to main spots in Sintra. Free parking is beneficial. Very friendly host Marta. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Swimming pool is really clean and looks nice, but it's not heated and due to very special climate in Sintra area.

The property was very clean. The bed was SO comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. It had a great feel to it as well, cozy and it felt like we were staying at an old manor house, with many unique and interesting decor items. The PS5 was a great addition (our son loved having it to play on after a long day of sightseeing). The bathroom shower and facilities were very posh feeling and the shower was good and hot and great shower pressure (fun to have coloured lights in the shower as well!) Modern (tech) amenities made it really super.
