The facility was well maintained, the breakfast had a lot of offerings, but was so-so, taste-wise.

We absolutely loved our trip to Albuquerque! We took a hot air balloon ride, spent time in Old Town, did a bike tour and tried to soak in all that Albuquerque had to offer in the few days we were there!!

Wonderful part of NM but you have to watch the neighborhoods you go to in the city itself. It is a wonderful home base for traveling around northern NM as it is less expensive than Santa Fe. Great restaurants like El Patron and Flying Star and don't miss Old Town or the BioPark. Its nice East/West street orientation makes is easy to get around and both 40 and 25 are good roads.

Beautiful. So much to do.
Beautiful. So much to do. Sandia Tramway and dinner was great. World Balloon was breathtaking.
Flamenco dinner and show was amazing. We came by train from Kansas. It was like stepping back in time. Wonderful fun.
We stayed here for 5 nights while in Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta and visiting friends in the area. This Route 66 era motel has been renovated recently and it now looks much more modern and nice. Room was clean and comfortable, lounge is nice, and the pool was open during our stay. Since it was Balloon Fiesta, it was fully booked and fairly pricey during our stay. Can walk next door to El Vado for food in the evenings. Great location near Old Town and BioPark attractions along historic Route 66.
We cannot state enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zazz. Not only is the design thoughtful and inspiring, the rooms are super clean and and well laid out - it‘s the hosts that make this place so special. Attentive, friendly and helpful the made our two days a most memorable experience!
We also found Nob Hill to be the most fun area in ABQ during our stay. Nice restaurants (check out the next door Farmacy!!!) and bars nearby are all in walking distance!
Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices of both hot and cold food. Room was very clean and well maintained with furniture in good condition. Had a sit-down living room with separate TV and dresser. Kitchen contained a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher and was well stocked with plates, glasses, and silverware. Hotel was located in a safe neighborhood in Albuquerque and shopping centers were just a short walk away.
I was very impressed with the staff at Hotel Albuquerque… who were welcoming, efficient and helpful…. A particular mention to Diana on the front desk who was very patient and kind
The rooms are large and the air conditioning very necessary as temperatures were well in to the thirties
The Qbar was a nice place to sit for a drink and the foyer areas very comfortable
We slept in and enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was right next to the interstate, but had no idea! So quiet! And it was easy to get to. In this part of the SW it is hard to find a hotel that is nice and not super expensive. And the cheap ones are sooo cheap-- this one was just right. We felt safe and secure.
The location was perfect near airport.. room was clean and comfortable. BUT SMELLED OF SEWAGE!!! Gross.. we were advised the sewer pipes were being replaced and I asked that they compensate us for not letting us know on check in.. we were told we would get a $60 refund but not honored at check out. We were overcharged for parking.. terrible
Property is well located near the airport but also near central avenue in Nob Hill which has good restaurants and coffee shops (10min by car). Staff was great. I saw they had a pool but I didn’t use it. Room is spacious. The hotel is outdated so the bed and the couch were uncomfortable. And the bathroom needed more cleaning.
Pick up was easy, quick, efficient (even at midnight). Soft but surprisingly comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, everything was clean. Retro styling, which we lived. Staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent- loads of options. Perfect place to stay near Albuquerque airport.
The breakfast/ housekeeping staff members were exceptional. They worked hard to keep everything stocked and cleaned up. They also were pleasant and very kind in their interactions with guests.
The location (near airport) worked well for us.
Friendly staff, location (close to the event I was attending, as well as to Old Town and Sawmill restaurants), the small-but-sufficient gym, full cable TV channels. As a foreigner visitor without a car, all those were very pleasant
The breakfast and service were amazing. The property is right on Old Town Albuquerque, so the location couldn't be beat. The cottage (room) was comfortable and unique; it didn't feel like a hotel, rather a little room in a garden.
The hotel was in good condition, the room and grounds were clean. The location is convenient for freeways, Old Town, and getting around Albuquerque. It seems the city is trying to further develop the area to appeal to tourists.
I've stayed at other hotels in albuquerque and this has been my best stay yet....the price i paid didn't match my expectations at all....the room was fabulous!....n cheap!....I've paid the same amount for crack houses....
Manager, front desk staff exceptional. Came to retrieve us from the airport himself as we needed a ride before the hotel shuttle officially started running. Great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
- Cheap room and yet good spacious, clean all comfort needed
- centrally located in Albuquerque on Route 66, close to the old town and city centre
- Excellent price/quality
Great location for Old Town Albuquerque’s shops, restaurants and art museum. Lovely setting in well maintained grounds. Lots of plants, burbling fountains and seating.
