The sink and showers were plugged
Hospitality was great!
everyday asking for our only 2 coupons for free coffee...
view, and cleanness,
Some of the casino staff very rude. Breakfast was a bit poor
Clean Spacious Comfortable Waitresses very nice and friendly
so much smoke i felt like I smoked a pack just walking around for 10 minutes
Very nice large rooms with great showers.
No transportation waited 2 hours for a cab.
Awesome staff affordable hotel good food but needs a shuttle to a few of the major places in Las Vegas the strip the airport and Downtown.
The comfort of the room, was above my expectation, considering the rate I was able to book it at. Everything about the stay was very nice. We will go back to the Cannery
A little bit far from the city but if you have a car it is not a problem
We booked a normal room and we got a suite, beautiful, clean, huge, free coffees and beers, amazing nice view from the room, wifi perfect, staff kind
Had to wait 1 hour after arrival due to the room not being ready. They didn't even start cleaning until we arrived at 3 pm, check in is at 3 pm. Tub was dirty, specifically hair in it. Pool is small was cold and not enough lounge chairs available, they only had 10 out and the rest were chairs. Talking to people this is all they ever had out. Work out room only had two treadmills and one elliptical, no weights. Elevator showed it was located on the third floor. When you exited there were no signs showing the location, which was in one of the regular rooms, very small. If you only have three pieces of equipment I guess it was perfect.
the size and location of the suite. Staff was friendly and did all they could to try and expedite the room getting cleaned.
We did not have a bad experience but the hotel is quite far from downtown or the strip so if you decide to stay there it would probably be best to have a vehicle.
The room was great; very large with king size bed, soaker tub, giant shower and great views of the desert. The drinks were much more reasonable than hotels on the strip.
No "no-smoking area" in the casino. The entire casino smelled of smoke and sometimes the corridors near the bedrooms also smelled.
Great value for money. The restaurant "Snaps" has great food. The bedroom was great.
The pillow were horrible, too fat and no way to punch down. I had asked for a wake up call just in case for the airport and we didn't receive the call. When I told the front desk on check out he said he didn't know what happened but he was the night guy I spoke to. Good thing it was only a back up call.
It was close to the strip and the airport.
This is definitely not a 4* hotel. It's somewhere between 2* and 3*. One of the worst experiences I had to date. The room was very old and run-down. There was smoke smell in non-smoking room. Don't even dream about slippers and tooth brushes. Very far away from Las Vegas Strip.
The waitress in the cafe where we ordered Chinese food could not answer our questions about the menu in language we could understand. We are English speakers.
We were wowed by the whole place, starting with the new sign out front, continuing into the gorgeous lobby and the wow room. Had a great time!
Room lighting was poor made it hard to read.
Clean well kept room and quiet.
Casino smelled like smoke
the rooms were very clean & the staff was very nice. Very quite hotel. liked the fact that you had to use room key to get to the rooml
I asked for a non smoking room but I found an ashtray and matches and my sheets smell like cigarettes, people smoking every where and I was traveling with my 11 years old son, I expect more from the hotel considering all the previous reviews that I saw.
Cigarette smoke was everywhere.
Cheap, off the main LV strip but served it's purpose well as an overnight stop before a drive to the Grand Canyon. Buffet was good. Room was clean and comfortable.
From desk person wasn't to nice
Room was really clean
The valet staff was rude called my husband handicapped 4 or 5 time yelling at him. Thug like attitude. By the way my husband is handicapped which they would have noticed if the looked at our car and saw the handicapped plaque. Do not park in the pull thur even to unload or you will be treated that way to.
The room was clean neat and bed was very comfortable.
Even though my Booking receipt stated that I was paying for a King room, we had to settle for 2 doubles.
Stunning far-off Strip view from our 12th floor windows. Great shower. Fridge. Free coffee and wine daily. Convenient parking. No resort fees.
Smoke filled noisy room as soon as you walk in and the restaurants, weren't all open, and the buffet and restaurant that was open had a cafeteria feel and atmosphere.
Elevators didn't work properly, poor lighting in bathroom, accessible room had poor counter space, bathtub very high and hard for a handicapped person with a numb leg to enter
Provided a rubber mat for the tub when we asked for it it
feel at ease there
Ice machine on my floor didn't work.
Easy to get in and out, little crowds
