This was the most comfortable bed I've slept on! It was quite tall and I had to climb in it but I slept great. Perhaps they could add a small stepstool for us short people. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Reagan Resorts Inn, hotel in Gatlinburg

The Reagan Resorts Inn is a 5-minute drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This hotel offers an outdoor pool.

Friendly front desk. Honest housekeeping. We left for the day and thought we placed the Do NOT Disturb sign on the door. Our room was trashed, we didn't make the bed, our clothes were everywhere, we had towels strewn about. I was going to clean up when we got back and didn't want housekeeping to bother with it. I left my purse with all my money and credit cards on the bed. When we came back our room was tidied, bed made and my purse with all my cash and cards were set to the side. Turns out we never did put that sign on the door. I was so embarrassed. I told the front desk to apologize to whoever cleaned our room because we did not mean for them to see the room the way it was. But inwas super happy that nothing was taken... that's not always the case in some places.

The breakfast was decent, especially for the price. Nothing special though. The service was good. The bathroom was clean. We got our room for a really good price and this is what saved the experience. If you can’t find a room here for under £50 - don’t bother staying, it’s not worth it.

Super easy access to the Natl Park with lots of fun options...

Super easy access to the Natl Park with lots of fun options for night time entertainment and dining. We were there a bit "off season" and there were a lot of people there. I belive it could be severely overcrowded in the middle of summer. Traffic is a bit of a nightmare. Get a hotel in walking distance or use the trolley. The shark tunnel at the aquarium is a must see

The Gatlinburg strip can be a very fun place.

The Gatlinburg strip can be a very fun place. Don’t let the crowds overwhelm you. There is something for everyone whether it be restaurants with great food and live entertainment, many candy stores most of which let you watch the candy being made, attractions, mini golf, souvenir shops, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of the FREE trolly rides to get to your destinations rather than the HIGH parking fee in Gatlinburg. Anakeesta, Ober Gatlinburg or the space needle offer you a spectacular view of the mountains. The strip gets VERY hot and muggy in the summer midday, plus everything is prettier at night lit up. The attractions can get pricey so be sure you check for coupons.

Gatlinburg is always a wonderful place to visit.

Gatlinburg is always a wonderful place to visit. There were lots of tourists, with lots of rudeness and pollution. We saw far more trash on the ground that before. I'm sure the city couldn't keep up with it. Also, the traffic flow needs to able to run more smoothly. No matter where you went (and we know the backroads), the traffic flow was very slow.

Gatlinburg is nice if you have money and don’t mind walking.

Gatlinburg is nice if you have money and don’t mind walking. Most everything there is overpriced. The lifts to get to attractions is expensive, $92 just to ride a ski lift to get to a small area of attractions and a few shops. Dollywood was the highlight of our trip. Of course it is in Pigeon Forge, about 8 miles. Easy in and out and plenty of rides and eateries.

It's a tourist trap. I expected that. Streets remained clean, even on Memorial Day Weekend. No known panhandling, prostitution, or graffiti. Need more breakfast alternatives. Few restaurants open then and most advertise pancakes. We ate a Crocketts. Wonderful place.

One of my favorite vacation spots !! Everything is easy to walk. We walked every the whole time during out stay. Had a great time at mysterious mansion! Went to ole smoky three times. One of our favorite places to go. Great tastings. Tennessee whiskey was a place we went twice. Great tastings.

The pool at this hotel is phenomenal for kids. My son spent a total of about 14 hours just playing in pool during our 4 day stay. The location I thought was great. Right outside downtown Gatlinburg. Seriously a 9 minute walk and your in the action but far enough away parking is easy and the hotel is very quiet. Also, the room size. The photos do not do it justice. The room and bathroom were huge. I was not expecting it to be so big.

My family and I stayed here previously 4 years ago and had a great time. We decided to stay here again this trip. The location is good, you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg pretty easy and there is a parking deck at the hotel. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool and hot tub. There is a fire pit in the common area that was nice in the evening. The room was clean and the employees at check in were very nice.
