large terrasse, easy parking
no breakfast, wifi spotty and area a little close to tenderloin and its homeless people
The location is great between Haight& Ashberry and Japan town
make sure to check the check in time because it could be different than what you chose from online
Clean and inexpensive for location.
No in room coffee maker, that's a real problem. Very sparsely furnished with no alarm clock.
Felt safe, had a cute seating area outside & free parking
I didn't like anything.
Free parking and central location to Japan town are the best.
Looks like the property is beginning to deteriorate. It needs refurbishing but right now it's ok for a night or two.
price for the money
When the toilet tank was cracked and when it started to leaki tried to shut off the emergency shut off valve only to find it was broken off the toilet and the sink it continued to leak to the point of a tourential small water fall was going through the floor to the garage and the employee was more concerned about getting his feet wet than he was finding some pliers to shut it off then tried to charge me for damage caused to the room major diapointment
good location, good staff, would return!!
Free parking garage. Management was very polite.
Hotel had no mop when the toilet overflowed... problem with the noise of the fan on heater under our room, No resolution until the day before we left.
It is good hotel
The front desk girl, was very attentive and nice.
All the rooms stink to smoke, and they charged my card $24 the next day when I was gone, I don't even know where that charge came from??? Anyways, I will never stay there, ever.
Our second room had good wifi while our first one was hopeless. Bed was comfortable
Toilet over flowed and staff did not even clean bathroom for us or change our room. The the morning another staff member happily changed our room for us.
I booked the room 289$ And they charged me 329$ I have no idea why!!!!!!!
felt not in a safe place cold rooms staff not helpful no enough lights, windows
Free parking and cheap for San Francisco
Apparently the area has a lot of crime and the staff weren't very friendly
I booked this place last minute. I guess I can't complain about this place. It's pretty alright. It came with free parking lot. The room was average. It was a bit dirty when I arrived. The showers were my favorite part of this place. The flow of the water was pretty strong. It also came with free shampoo which I was not expecting to be good.
I liked the view from the windows. The free parking was on the property. Easy to take a taxi or find a bus and leave your car there. It has a very nice lush green garden of native plants in the middle of the motel. Easy access to downtown. The bathroom and towels were clean!
I only had to open a window to cool the room down. No air conditioning. It was adequate. The beds had "squeaky spring" noise when you got up but they were clean! Traffic was noisy but only if you keep the windows open. It was quiet after the traffic slowed in the early morning. Walk at night up Eddy street if you are brave. Lock your automobile. Bring your own toiletries.
Front desk staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming. Covered parking. Clean room. Great location. Great/ reasonable price $
It had a good location. Parking was free.
The king room was so small compared to other hotels I've been too the bed wasn't even a king size bed. The garage was closed so it was hard if you wanted to go somewhere. The towels weren't really clean some had stains on them.
The location & view.
Beds where hard as a rock, no air conditioning in the room only a window without screen. And the room looked a little run down.
Location. Was clean although run down
Quite a bit of traffic noise.
1. location: 20-30 minutes walk to downtown (Moscone center) 2. Price - the lowest that I've found near the center 3. Helpful staff 24x7
1. Noise from the street and inside the hotel (you can hear a sound from suitcases, when people are leaving hotel after midnight). 2. Bad neigbourhood: there are several bad streets in one block from a hotel(homeless people, junkies, etc). Just keep another aside and don't walk there at night! 3. No breakfast. You have to buy food for breakfast beforehand or start visiting cafes on Van Ness street after 7:00.
Parking included, just a little tiny. Location is in walking dinstanance of the docks/piers/and so on.
Walk from downtown --> motel, not so safe, detour if you can!. Not so many place tot eat nearby if you don''t want fast food.
Easy walk to Civic Center.
