Great wifi, location was not bad
Expensive, old fashion rooms,
The staff really nice and that's all I can really say.
No air conditioning, the pillows out and flat, the volume on the tv couldn't hear, the beds very uncomfortable, no clock, rooms need major major up dating and we found our room door open twice after the house keeping came in.
clean rooms, proper size, ok atmosphere, very well located.
very expensive for a basic accommodation, wifi sometimes a bit lame
location (close to an unpleasant neighborhood but not far from better ones and from many transportation options), parking
had to change room... twice. first room smelled of damp, second was allegedly a non-smoking room but you could tell someone had been smoking there, just from the smell
One way in one way out
room was prepaid on a credit card but I was made to pay a second time in cash when checking in.
Non smoking room but very bad smoking smell and left over cigarettes & lighter in the draw the heater doesnt work. Noisy and cold air only came out. The hot shower head/forcep was broken & can get burn easily... Very dangerous.....
Had to stay an additional day and staff was very accomodating at short notice. Secure and free parking delivered greater value for money.
Couldn't shower one day as hot water was not available (broken boiler), but this was no fault of the hotelier and we understood these things invariably happen from time to time. Repaired within the day, so we showered late in the evening. Couldn't fault anything else!
Friendly staff, airport shuttle service.
WiFi was poor in my room.
Great onsite parking, cute little central atrium and good price for the area
A bit on the grimy side
Staff. Everyone was very kind and nice.
Close to my seminar. Low cost for the non-tenderloin neighborhood. Feels secure and safe.
If you can't get on the WiFi remember to call to the front desk and have them reboot. I didn't figure that out till the 2nd day.
Courtyard, location, price
Receptionist are nice
There's smell in the room
It's basic, but good location for the price. Free parking.
Old furnishings. Dated rooms.
The night time staff was awsome and very helpfull!!!
The indoor hot tub(although it was out of order)
The TVswas small, no microwave/refrigerator or Wi-Fi, and the room had a weird smell. I also didn't. feel comfortable getting under the sheets.
Good budget hotel. Basic amenities. Free parking. Clean linens. Quiet. Close to bus lines. Location just right for our needs.
The hall way carpet could be better but not too important.
secure free parking included good value ice machine centrally located
sheets and blankets were thin rooms were loud from traffic and other guests
The location was great. We were able to walk a short distance to find almost anything we needed. Although our room was not clean when we got there, the hotel maid was very nice and friendly.
Out hotel room had dirty towels and the last person's dirty underwear in the bathroom! Parking was a nightmare. Cars just parked wherever they wanted even though there were no more spaces available. Not fun trying to get out. Another family was walled in and had to get the hotel staff to call the other guests to move their car.
How close we were to the concert. Fillmore
the overall design, the room, and the central atrium were all lovely
I liked that we could park our vehicle in a locked underground garage for free; you get more "bang" for your buck! Nothing fancy, but adequate for those on a small budget. close to the symphony, Opera, City Hall, Japan center, and St. Mary's Cathedral, nice courtyard
It's an old, old building, thin walls, but it has good water pressure!
Parking is free.
Wi-Fi is very slow. Rooms need renovation and a little bit smelly. The area doesn't seem to be safe.
