We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Axiom, the hotel was lovely, immaculately presented and very clean. The location was excellent, right in the middle of everything and right out the front is a cable car stop. All the staff were an absolute delight to deal with, so friendly, professional and helpful, especially Dhali, who went above and beyond to help us and gave some wonderful recommendations for things to do, which turned out to be top notch recommendations. Thanks so much for making our stay so pleasant, Dhali. I’d also like to give Tianna a special shout out, she was so lovely and was an absolute treasure with helping us on a late night call for assistance. We highly recommend Axiom and would love to stay here again when we find ourselves in San Fransisco again.

Great Location. Easy Access to all area's - Union Square, Lombard Street, China Town. Uber available in few seconds, lovely breakfast, good team, Neat and Clean. Only Water we have to fill in every day from the lobby area (refill). Enjoyed Gym

The place is cozy and clean. We booked the big room to accommodate the four of us. The Filipino receptionist was very kind and accommodating. I’m sorry I forgot her name! The location is great, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommended! We’ll surely stay here again on our next visit to the country.

Loved the rustic feel. Was quiet overall and accessible from the train and bus stations.

Perfect location just off Union Sq. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the hotel...nice room, quiet, clean. If I return to San Francisco then I won't be looking anywhere else. The Bartlett is my hotel of choice!

Customer service and stay was phenomenal

Union Square Plaza Hotel was our first stay on our first trip to USA. There was so much we weren't sure about but the staff were happy to answer all of the MANY questions asked. Our room was comfortable and the bed was used a lot as we worked through the jet lag after the 15 hour flight from Australia. Only a block and a half from Union Square, there were lots of places nearby to get food, drinks and coffee. Lots of coffee. There were also lots of banks in the area to help us sort out our cash needs. And to be clear, we are talking Christmas Eve when I thought everything would be closed. Travel from and to the airport on the BART was cheap and easy. We are flying back home from San Francisco and have already booked our room at The Union Square Plaza Hotel.

The hotel was probably in the best location we could possibly ask for given what we had planned over the 11 days. It was clean and well serviced and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and thought it was good value. We were super close to the Cable Cars, the Muni train stations, heaps of Restaurants along with Target where we were able to purchase food and drinks. The AMC movie cinemas were only a few minutes away and the area always felt safe to me.
