The front desk staff was great, especially Brittany. She was friendly, helpful, and just a fun person. The room was exceptional and almost like home, with a kitchenette, living area, large bathroom, and comfortable beds.

Pros: Location, location, location. Free Parking. Ease of checkin, Concord staff was helpful and informative. Outdoor area in back was nice. Free coffee. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice. Very clean.

The room I was assigned to, key did not work and I got locked out. Brought it to their attention told it was resolved. Left to go to dinner got back into the room, left to sit at the bar then unable to get in. They decided to transfer me to a different room. Everything was good until the next day another guest was assigned that same room and opened the door while I was in the room. The whole two day the room above me guest banged, jump and stomped on the floor the whole time. Reported it to the front desk might as well I didn’t, nothing happened.

    I'm a seafood lover, making it a desirable place to visit. The Boardwalk gave access to restaurants, all kinds of shops, and tours. They had friendly greeters who gave informative tips. Parking at a garage is recommended.

    The Wilmington area is a wonderful place to visit.

    The Wilmington area is a wonderful place to visit. There is so much to see. The riverwalk is a great place to visit. There is so much history here. Wilmington is close to some of the nicest beaches on the east coast. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying a visit. I recommend Elijah's on the waterfront and Casey's Buffet (the building is old, but the food is exceptional).

    The downtown is nice with many bars, restaurants and live music. The weather is hot and humid but Wrightsville Beach, about 20 minutes away, is very nice. There are awesome places right on the water (I recommend Dockside, for one) to eat delicious food and watch the boats go by also.

    Hi we liked the room and everything included the bed was not that comfortable the view was very nice we had the view of a traffic road and the pool when we go again we will stay in your hotel but on the edge of the hotel.
