It truly is majestic as the seat for a national government. We should all be very proud. On this visit, we simply viewed its majesty from different directions, however, in last visits the tour of the buildings is daunting.

We had walked through a park full of beautiful, colourful tulips until we saw Parliament Hills. There was a lot of fences up so we couldn’t go in & see the area we would have liked to see but the Parliament Building + church, where all the sandstone was, was being made clean! we visited Ottawa on Canada day and watched gorgeous parade on plaza before Parliament. There are a lot of very cute sculptures around plaza. Also you can go on free tour in the Parliament building, which is interesting.
