I recently stayed at your hotel for 1 night . While I appreciated the overall quality of my stay, I was surprised to find an additional charge of [$amount] on my bill for two bottles of water.
When I initially checked in, I was under the impression that these bottles of water were complimentary, as there was no indication otherwise. I understand that additional charges can apply for certain amenities, but clear communication is essential to avoid misunderstandings.
I kindly request a review of this charge. If possible, I would appreciate a refund for the water bottles or a clearer explanation of your policy for future reference.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I have been to Miami a few times and it is OK in small doses. Weather is good, and food and drink are good. I generally only stay a weekend or a few days.
South Beach is a good walkout, interesting to see.
We always use UBER as the yellow taxis are too expensive
There are some good bargains at the Dolphin Mall etc.

Miami has a vibrant cultural scene, beautiful beaches, and lively nightlife. Areas to visit are South Beach, the colorful Art Deco District and the eclectic street art of Wynwood Walls. I enjoyed the rich cultural tapestry of Little Havana, savoring authentic Cuban cuisine and lively ambiance.

During my time in Miami, I soaked up the sun on the beautiful beaches, enjoying the soft sand and refreshing ocean breeze. The lively beach scene with beachfront cafes and water sports added to the excitement.
Venturing into Everglades National Park was like stepping into a different world. The vast marshlands, mangrove forests, and abundant wildlife offered a glimpse into the natural wonders of Florida. I took a thrilling airboat tour, spotting alligators, birds, and other fascinating creatures along the way.
Exploring Miami's diverse culture, from its vibrant art scene to its delicious culinary offerings, was a delightful experience. The city's energy, combined with the tranquility of the Everglades, made for a memorable and balanced trip.

Our expectations of Miami were high so we were disappointed.
Our expectations of Miami were high so we were disappointed. We did a bus and boat tour which were interesting. Overall, sadly we were underwhelmed by Miami. This was a road trip so after 2 nights we then went onto explore Florida and discovered some wonderful places outside of Miami.
Great location for all activities, from South Dade to Coconut Grove to Miami Beach. Easy access from airport; good breakfast places nearby; great restaurant in the building.
Rooms are very nice, comfortable and well appointed without being ostentatious. Easily requested iron and ironing board. Really accommodating staff and service.
Good parking options (easily parked on street for all three nights, only needing to pay into evening and next morning; parking in street free overnight, and very safe.
This is such a cool hotel! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and check in was easy using the robot. The room was small but so well designed. We had everything we needed and loved the pod/tiny-house-esq experience. We had a huge window beside the bed with a great view of the city.
We wanted to stay close to South Beach but were struggling to find an affordable hotel with good reviews. This hotel was an excellent alternative at a great price. We wish we could have stayed another night!
We chose Elser Hotel & Residences for the second week of our stay in Miami.
1. The location is great, in the heart of Miami, close drive to Brickell and South Beach. In the center of action too!
2. Facilities are great, brand new, including oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dry, everything you need during a long stay
3. Wi-fi is good
4. The pool area is great to chill the whole day
5. Views from our apartment were amazing
6. Cleaning was on top
Once you are inside the hotel it is nice, and the staff friendly. However, the outside is in a rundown area, and the hotel should do more to clean up the appearance. What we really like (and the reason we stayed here) is the location. At this hotel you are just a 15 minute drive from South Beach, 5 min drive from Marlins Park, 25 minute drive from the Everglades, and 15 minute drive from the highway that takes you down to the Keys.
Excellent location, extremely accessible to airport, downtown miami and miami beach with public transport within walking distance. The bed was probably the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The views from the balcony are beautiful and having a full kitchen to hand was extremely convenient. The host was readily available for any queries too. 10/10 will rebook on next trip to Miami.
The location is central to all things Miami. The Airport. Miami Beach. Wynwood bars and restaurants. Downtown Miami. Safety is important to me and this place is safe. After Checking In on time, you can then enter and exit the facilities at any time. The bathrooms are clean and usually available. everyone is mindful of each other. It includes parking.
The location. Amazing, quiet, quaint Coral Gables area. Trolley stops right outside the hotel and then there are buses and metrorail that gets you pretty much anywhere you wanna go in Miami and Miami beach. There are lots of little cafes and restaurants nearby and all so good. The hotel itself is perfectly fine, exceptionally clean.
La Finca was a hidden gem in the Coral Gabes location of Miami. Just 35min drive from south beach. This place was also close to everything we found an awesome little bar, mall and a ton of shops. The host were amazing friendly,it was almost like staying with family. Well decorate studio and an extra comfy bed.
For a mid priced hotel airport, this is the bar to which others should be judged. Comfortable, clean, the staff are amazing and super helpful, they have a great bar, a pool table, an ample gym and an outdoor pool. I even met the legend that is Reb Beach, on my first visit, would defo recommend
Safe stay! Breakfast included! Located in Little Havana close to calle8, Great Food and Restaurants. 30 minutes from Miami Beach, 15 minutes to Brickell Downtown Miami. 30 minutes to the Bayside. McDonald across a block away. Great stay!
I liked the relatively cheap price with a kind landlord.
It has convenient access to major tourist facilities such as Miami Beach, Everglades National Park, Key West, and also Airport.
The hotel is in a very convenient location - 20 minutes from downtown Miami and very close to the airport. The staff is very polite and the hotel's parking lot is very convenient.
Only about 20 minutes away from north and south beach. Shower was amazing! Room very clean! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was close to the airport.
