I've stayed here several times, and the staffing is greatly improved.
Everyone is courteous, efficient and helpful. I wasn't well on my first evening, and one of the staff led me back to my room.
The rooms are comfortable and generally quite quiet, as is the location (though there can be noise if there is a function on).

We booked this stay to go to a Burnley match at Turf Moor. It was ideal for this purpose! Close to the stadium, safe, close to a few bars/restaurants and had the basics. That said, Burnley is smaller than I imagined and there were other accommodations that would have been perfectly fine for a pre/post match stay.
We had good communication with the manager, including addressing an issue with one of our beds (they came first thing the next day to fix it).
The sheets and beds were comfortable. There was coffee/tea and a kettle, plus access to a larger kitchen/fridge and washing machine.

Burnley and surrounding area was not particularly what I hasd hoped for , it seemed to be very "run down" , actually decideded to leave Burnley and headed to Skipton , a much more visitor friendly experience. On the second day wanted to explore the heritage museum but this was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays , so we explored Newchurch in Pendle for the Witch shop the decided to head to the Yorkshire Dales.KevinUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

The centre is walkable, and there is a variety of shops and eateries and although an old town there modernisation of some of the old buildings, there is a market, and a good bus station but the railway is a little out of town. You can see the embankment of the Leeds and Liverpool canal.

Went for a wedding in Bacup hotel was in a good location for us. Went by car but looked like there were plenty of bus options. Ate at reception so didn't try any of the local eateries but seemed plenty of places to choose from.

Beautiful hotel, lovely restaurants, amazing staff...
Beautiful hotel, lovely restaurants, amazing staff especially Rudolph who held an umbrella for me whilst my husband went to get the car. We had problems starting our car and Rudolph sorted everything fir us and got us to our wedding on time . Would highly recommend, we will definitely be back again from Wales to visit family and friends 😊

We are bike touring and this was a nice stop over between cities so we could take some work meetings. while the Wi-Fi didn’t work well the room itself was absolutely beautiful. The concierge checked us in early and upgraded our room (so many thanks!!). Oh and we did end up having such a wonderful dinner and breakfast there.
