Ground were kept up so nice, it was a grand and had so much history, the building was also kept up in first class condition. Staff were so friendly.

The room was well equipped and had a lovely bathroom with shower / bath / toiletries and also some tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits in the room, etc. Room was away from the restaurant area so, quiet. The restaurant attached serves very nice food!

The location was right on the main road so very easy to find, nice parking in behind the hotel. The room was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were nice and friendly.

Breakfast overpriced and warmed up. Staff were not helpful. Stating we had not booked. When I had booked on their website. After breakfast a member of staff made us give our card details!!!! When we had provided details when booking. Not impressed. I cancelled the next day’s breakfast. However when going to pay they had not cancelled the second breakfast but charged us. The receptionist removed this from the bill. Location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel and grounds exceptional. Also gym very good. The food overpriced.
