Location and the swimming pool

Everyone is happy and kind. The hotel is bit, facing the ocean and the beach is white thin sand and clear calm waters for you to swim. There are 4 pools so you can pick and choose the mood you want (wet bar, group entertainment, chill, quiet zone). I really enjoyed the hotel has designated smoking areas so you don't get bothered if you don't smoke. There is food and drinks 24/7. The main restaurant always has a large selection of fruits , deserts an immense diversity of food options. There is a sports bar where you can pick up sandwiches and pastries after midnight when the main restaurant closes. I enjoyed the hotel app where you can identify the times of activity, restaurant hours and request services like fresh towels, restock the minibar and in 10minutes or less someone was knocking at your door to deliver the service. The check in and out is very efficient. We get hotel credits to use in the SPA which I really appreciated and the SPA is very clean and the therapists are extremely skilled. The hotel has access to another Riu club where they invite guests to go for parties, that allows the hotel to be peaceful at night and guarantees a good sleep.

From start to finish, the staff was amazing. Jocelyn went above and beyond during checkout and made my stay a delight. Our shuttle driver was polite, professional and safe beyond the wheel. It was definitely the staff that made this beautiful hotel a top notch stay!!

The staff are nice and approachable. The place is very accessible and the pool is a perfect size if you go on vacation with kids.

The place is beautiful, really good location - there's supermarkets nearby, lots of good places to eat and drink in the vicinity. Really easy check in process, got the code for the entrance gate and another one for the apartment, but even tho we were a bit late due to traffic, the hosts were still there, and assisted us. They checked with us to make sure everything is OK, and were open to contact if we needed anything. Apartment was perfect, big, clean, had all needed amenities. Stayed in a lot of different apartments before, but honestly - never had this good service from the hosts. The apartment is in a quiet location, really nice and quiet. Definitely a recommendation if you're staying in Cancun away from the hotel zone.

The suite they provided was a wonderful surprise since there was an electrical issue in the room I had booked...it had a mini fridge & m/w which I appreciated since I have mobility issues plus too costly to eat out... Stephanie and Eduardo exceptional in helping me with many things...enjoyed the beautiful pool...

Loved the kind staff, peaceful, green surroundings, spacious room and bathroom. Loved the birds and the resident opossum!

The property felt balanced, on brand, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The layout felt airy and open with the pool being the center of the space. The dogs at the entrance being a familial welcoming feeling and so does the incense. The location also felt safe and central.

Great location in Cancun, very close to the ADO bus terminal! The hotel was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

One of the evening waiters in the restaurant Rafael, gave excellent service. I asked for some lime, in Spanish, and he very kindly explained about the difference between lime and lemon in Mexico. He even went to the kitchen and came back with limes and lemons to illustrate visually the difference. I thought that was very kind of him and above and beyond his normal duties!

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.

Great location pictures don't do it justice. Somewhat of a wait on dinners make sure you get there early. Great food definitely worth it!!

The room was very clean. The bathroom has a nice design and the shower has good water pressure. The kitchenette has everything necessary to cook small meals, microwave and a small fridge. Bed are comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly.
