The location was great -- right near the Rialto. The best part, however, was the INCREDIBLE apartment. It was all brand new and beautifully decorated. I will recommend all my friends and clients stay here.

We were a family group of seven who had booked 4 rooms. We were met at the doors and given a tour of each room. The absolute best part of the process was being able to handle some of the check in before we arrived. After a long day in Florence and the train ride it was welcomed. Dinner reservations were also made for us at a great restaurant about 5 minutes away. It was our favourite meal in Venice. The service was over the top in a great way. One of our tours was a St. Marks in the afternoon and one of our party would not be able to make it back in time to get pants. With the assistance of Davide we were able to overcome this hurdle. When I return to Venice, this will be the first place I look to stay at. Do not overthink it, book your stay here!

We travelled Italy for two weeks staying in several different locations. This hotel, by far, was the most superior. Real luxury with a family feel. The interior is pleasantly decorated. The outdoor courtyard is a lovely addition. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. They had separate beds in the living room which was a bonus. The bathroom was well-appointed with all luxury amenities. This hotel is at a higher price-point however, totally worth the extra spend. Valentina, the receptionist couldn't do enough for us! She arranged our transfer to and from the Venice airport and was so helpful throughout our stay. We were surprised by the taxi cost but after much review, it was a fair price (150 euros each way). I recommend booking the water taxi through the hotel as they meet you right at the port drop off (otherwise a tad difficult to navigate independently).

The room design & colors ( yellow & white) were very cozy & relaxing. The room had all facilities & amenities.it is walking distance from shopping area, Gondolas & main attractions. The staff were very helpful. They are flexible with check in hours & allowed us to leave the luggage at the hotel after check out hours.
