The hotel was very clean, nice atmosphere, coffee machine in the room, hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow. The room was not big, but it had everything we needed for three nights in Innsbruck. it was very close to the shopping street, Maria Thereza Strasse, the train station, the historic center, Golden Roof, Hapsburg palace and the funicular to Alpenzoo were around 15 minutes walking. Plenty of restaurants near by and I highly recommend the Gusto Pizzeria just in front of the hotel. The pasta and pizza were superb. The front desk people were very nice, polite and willing to help in anything we needed. I really appreciated that. when we plan our next visit to Innsbruck, we’ll gladly come back to Nala Individualhotel.

Our stay at Altstadthotel Weißes Kreuz in Innsbruck was unforgettable. The hotel's prime location next to the Golden Roof and inner city center made it the perfect base for exploring the city. The charming decor added a touch of elegance and warmth to our stay, creating a cozy atmosphere. The lovely staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. A plethora of excellent dining options within walking distance surrounded us. We highly recommend Altstadthotel Weißes Kreuz to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Innsbruck. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay. The staff, especially the lady at reception, went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and to provide us with helpful information. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and the bed is extremely comfortable. There were a variety of options available at the breafast buffet, all of which were delicious. The hotel is in the perfect location for outdoor activities and we thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area upon our return.

I booked the high floor corner room, and the view of the mountain was superb. It is next to the hauptbanhof which is very convenient. The rooftop bar also has panoramic view of the alps. would also like to commend the staff as they are very polite.
