The rooms are beautiful, provided with everything needed to stay a couple of days. The staff were really kind with us. The location is really good, we arrived to Innsbruck by train and then walk around 14minutes to the place, really easy and beautiful way to get there

One of the best hotels I stayed. The atmosphere 👌 😍, a unique hotel. The staff was so helpful, prosecco at the reception and in the room. We were travelling with 2 kids, had the room with the garden entrance. Even the room is supposed to fit 3 persons, I can say it fits 4 adults. Slept myself on the sofa, as kids occupied the bed, it was the best sofa I ever slept on. Would stay again when next time in Innsbruck.

Perfectly situated in old town, beautiful & well decorated, very friendly and helpful staff. Big secure lockers to store luggage before and after checkout, great view of mountains at breakfast, welcome drink, complete breakfast hot and cold, owner walked around to ensure everybody was having a good stay. All in all a totally enjoyable stay in Innsbruck at this hotel.

Cozy room with the most comfortable bed ever! Sébastien mentioned they were short staffed, but everything was spotless, service was great and breakfast was delicious. Very well located (you can do all the main sites by foot). Would definitely recommend this hotel.
