We had a view but it rained heavily the four days we stayed.

We had a view but it rained heavily the four days we stayed. The hotel had minimal replenishments of basic soap for showering limited toilet paper for four days. There was a horrible garbage smell when the windows and doors were opened. There was a window that was jammed and could not close. The toilet did not work properly when you flushed because the water in the cistern did not stop running obviously needed repairs. There was absolutely no services of any kind to issue new linen or bed making while staying during the days we stayed at the accommodation. The parking at unit 26 was cramped so that we had to reverse back out of the car space to get out the locked gate.

Alexandra Headland is beautiful it is a bit smaller than other places on the coast but is walking distance to both Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. Great walking paths, beautiful beaches and scenery. Great cafes and the surf club is friendly, good value and the food is great.

The beach was clean and patrolled by lifeguards.

The beach was clean and patrolled by lifeguards. The sea was rough after a storm but perfect for surfers. A great lookout to watch them. Half way to great shopping and cafes at Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. We will stay in Alexandra Heads again.

A very nice place to visit.

A very nice place to visit. The beach, the surf club, the cafes and our accommodation were all perfect. We visited a different venue each day for breakfast or dinner and walked daily along the beach. An extremely family friendly place or just a place for a nice break way from the hustle and bustle of life. Easy to reach major shops if needed and lots of places to visit for day trips.

Fantastically located right on the beach at Alexandra Headland. Our room was well appointed with balcony overlooking the ocean. Well connected with smart TV and WiFi if a change to the ocean views was required! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed to cook. Unfortunately the rooftop was closed due to ongoing works, however Management clearly communicated this and setup a bbq on the large balcony so we could still have bbq breakfasts watching the sun rise. We will certainly be back again.

The apartments were about a 10 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. There was secure parking under the apartments. There is a lovely pool with an area to sit and eat and a bbq for everyone to use. The apartments were nicely furnished and very clean with private patio/balcony areas. Kevin and Noela were very nice, friendly and helpful. It was great to have a washer and dryer to use. My son and his family had an apartment with a hot tub and we all thoroughly enjoyed using it.

The location and pool is second to none. This is our third stay and it's the perfect family vacation spot. Out the front is amazing fish n chips, black bunny is great for breakfast, Surf Club or Alex Hotel are amazing for dinner. Great playground across the road (also one near the pool), convenience store on the corner, great paths for going for a walk along the beach. Short drive to Australia Zoo, or quick walk to bowling up the road.

Great location with awesome views. Room was clean, bed was very comfy, nice shower. Kitchen had everything you would need. Note that this is a privately let apartment so is not managed by Coral Seas but this just made for an even better experience as the owner has thoughtfully provided extra you would not get with a hotel booking (books to peruse, plenty of cleaning and bathroom supplies etc) Pool and spa was good too!

My entire family loved this property, it was a lovely big apartment, we could all stay together instead of getting two hotel rooms, it was extremely clean, everything worked. I wouldn’t definitely bring my family back here again. Your staff was very helpful when we had questions too and the reception area was lovely and comfortable. I like how it was very close to the beach.

The unit was lovely. It was clean and tidy and in a good location that suited my needs. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the unit was. The bed was super-comfy, and so was the couch. There's a lovely outdoor setting on the very ample balcony. This is somewhere I would definitely suggest to my partner if we're travelling to the Sunshine Coast.

Only stayed 1 night as passing through. Nothing great to say as it was a caravan park so I didn't expect much, its not a Big4 park etc. It was clean and everything worked, it was like going back in time when I was a kid ie 1970-80s with parents caravan and camping parks. Location was good as close to shops etc. Staff was very nice.

Owners/managers were exceptional. We have been staying in beach units at the Sunshine Coast for nearly 40 years on and off and have never had the owners/managers greet us with such enthusiasm, take us to the unit, show us the facilities, and write a personal email to us after our stay! Exceptional service.

The staff on arrival were so friendly, really set the standard for the holiday. Great pool, central location across from the beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Big and very clean apartments. I’ve stayed at a lot of Oaks and this was by far the best I’ve seen, great hotel.
