On my second stay, I felt as comfortable as if I had returned home. All the facilities were convenient and the breakfast was great. In particular, the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake shuttles depart from the lodge parking lot, which is big convenient.

The scenery was absolutely stunning, and seeing bears walk right by the front of the hotel reception was an unforgettable experience. The staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the local area. The onsite shop was impressively well-stocked and catered really well to dietary restrictions. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cosy, making the whole stay feel warm and welcoming.

Clean, Spacious, great location, 10 minutes from Lake Louis village, nice restaurants just across the street. Luke, the owner of the property was very helpful, kind and generous. I will definitely come back to this place when I'm next in the area.
