Hotel has been updated, just about everything is brand new, to include elevator. Large room with comfortable bed and a table with 2 chairs and a desk with 1 chair. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was amazing- one of the best we've had in our month long trip around Germany/Austria. Spa was nice, had a dry sauna (85C), a bio sauna (35C) and a very nice rest area with chairs and beds, kudos. Less than 1km from amazing hiking/run along river, did a 10miler every morning, loved it. Hotel is not on lake but it isn't too far away- had a nice dinner on lake, many good restaurants near by.

The hotel is traditional yet modern. Nice and clean. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff, specifically the owner - is absolutely lovely! Made me feel real welcome, and almost like at home. Will definitely stay in this hotel when I’m again in Kochel, and recommend it over other hotels in this town (have stayed in a couple others). Thank you for a lovely stay!

The breakfast is very very nice, it's the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. The room is clean with a great view at the balcony. The people are very helpful.

    Very nice and clean hotel. Eco-friendly, simple but very nice. Located right on the lake with a wonderfull private deck right on the lake that is just beautiful.
