We loved our stay here. Everything in the hotel and room was amazing. Super friendly and patient staff, big and beautiful room, nice little town. The restaurant was unfortunately very empty but the quality of food is totally worth it and the family running it are very nice people. Would love to come back!

We thought Hotel New Bilbao Airport was great. Our room was huge and clean with a comfortable bed, and it had a smart modern design -- specifically, it had charging outlets on each side of the bed near the headboard. It'd be nice if all hotels had the same. The front-desk employees were great, the price was right for the beer at the small bar area, and the airport shuttle did the job at 5:10 a.m. Would recommend!

Huge buffet breakfast even on Christmas day when we were there. They set out the buffet extra early so even those who have the first flight out in the morning have time to enjoy some breakfast. The lady who kept the buffet stocked with hot & cold items was constantly cleaning & insuring everything was full, clean & working. Staff was kind, always greeted with a smile & words & helpful. We would stay here again!! Great for early morning flight. Never saw such a nice arrangement for this price near airport.

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and professional staff. Beautiful location with views across Bilbão. Peaceful and quiet surroundings and well connected by buses. We are very happy to have found this place and definitely be back to the hotel soon!
