As new accommodation. Roomy. Very helpful staff - facilitated clothes washing. Good bed Hot shower Within walking distance of Metro and supermarket and pharmacy and restaurants Our plan to stay on the outskirts of Madrid worked wonderfully and the Metro got us into town within a half hour. We got away to Zaragoza very easily.

Clean and 24h reception which is helpful.

Easy commuting. Parking available. Simple but confortable.

The staff was very friendly and their English is good. The room was exceptional and comfortable.

It was a quite, cozy place. Had everything I needed for my stay. I had difficulties with the links at the beginning and the staff was really helpful to solve the issue.

Good lighting, clean and quiet.

Liked the traditional styling of the hotel, felt very posh, staff members we're professional, good location, many shops and places to eat around.

Close to a train station. Great value for the price.

Very nice and extremely cleaned. Very nice people treatment at reception and restaurant. Like

Extremely clean & modern! Friendly & helpful staff. Definitely my “go to” hotel if ever back in Madrid.

The hotel is well designed and very handy. The rooms are comfortable and very cosy, not mentioning the tidiness and the availability of bathroom accessories. The amicability of the stuff is amazing.

Good location, and very clean!

The place was awesome. Nice staff, nice facilities, big room, comfortable beds and very nice pool on the roof (Six or seven floor).

Everything!!!!! Stuff was sooo kind and helpful, especially those guys working on breakfast serving. Our room (413) was PERFECTLY CLEAN EVERYDAY, NOT EVEN A SMALL DUST WAS IN THE ROOM ANYTIME. It was soooooo comfortable and we reccomend this hotel to everyone. We payed for the breakfast because we didnt book accomodation with it, and the offer was great. Basicly all you eat for breakfast usually at home (eggs, saussages, bacon, few bread types, salads, cheese, yogurt, muslie.......). Receptionist are very nice, helpful, they left our luggage in hotel storage for all day since our flight was late at night. Location is FANTASTIC! Safe, clean, a lot of bars around, pharmacy on the corner, grocery store also. Only 2 minutes walking distance from metro station which conects you with city centre.

We love the staff at this place as they really try to help us have a good stay, breakfast was really good

Cleanness, friendly staff and delicious food! Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel in Madrid

Very clean room, the stuff was very nice, there is a metro station nearby.

Delicious breakfast, nice room, good facilities.

Excellent good value hotel. We were going to a concert at the Riyadh Metropolitan Stadium and this was very convenient. Staff very helpful and kept bar open for cold beers after concert. Room fine for money, clean, quiet and cool. Good selection of restaurants 20 minutes walk away.
