This house is out in the countryside so very quiet and a short drive into Andover. We were at a wedding in Harewood Forest just a few minutes down the road so a perfect location for our weekend. Loved the Waitrose Farm which was nearby with great farm shop, garden centre and cafe.

I only stayed one night min Andover, so this is a one day review. like many old market towns Andover is looking decidedly sad. I ate at Pizza express food ok staff excellent. I'm finding it difficult to add much more. :(

Andover was very quiet during our two day visit.

Andover was very quiet during our two day visit. As a lot of small towns, the high street is slowly dying. Stayed in Andover as a central place for local work over a two day period. Easy to commute around and plenty of eating establishments.

The town is very quiet and even on a Saturday seems to be dying on it's feet but there are numerous pubs and several reasonably priced restaurants (we were very happy with Frango's and The Golden Dragon. The Andover Tap is worth a call for real ale drinkers. on the positive side, there were no gangs roaming the streets and we felt very safe, Also, their British Legion(open to visitors) has music on a Saturday night and has been very well refurbished. The staff , members we met and the Secretary Sarah were very welcoming.We'd say that Andover is better used as a good base for travelling round the area.

Andover is a clean small compact town, with good parking and a selection of pubs, restaurants and bars though railway station is a 10-15 walk. It had good connections from the A303 and just a short drive from the M3 intersection.

Room was lovely spacious clan and comfy, access to Internet on TV which was a bonus as I travelled with a teenager 😀 staff were lovely and dogs of course made us feel very welcome, nice views of the garden from our room I was very impressed with the cost of the room compared to alternative bigger hotel companies considering the location and the building is beautiful. Beds were comfortable too 😌

Really lovely historical hotel in the heart of Andover. I came up on my own to see a comedy show, the hotel is really close to everything! Very quiet and a very well equipped room with everything I needed.
