They allowed us to check in early from 12pm as we were going to a wedding which was good, but even when we arrived at 12:30pm the room wasn't quite ready so we had to wait 10 minutes or so which wasn't the end of the world for us, but may have been for others in even more of a hurry.

Fantastic staff, Cali especially! Food was exceptional, both the evening meal and breakfast selection. Pub dog was lovely coothy beast! Room was ideal for us with serious pressure in the shower for a good scrub.
