Set in a quaint 16th-century building alongside the River Valency, The Riverside is a 4-star silver award guest house. It offers free Wi-Fi and an award-winning breakfast. Location is amazing and staff lovely. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay near Tintagel and we definitely recommend to stay at this place. The localisation is amazing, a few mn away from an incredible POV for sunset or a view from the sea. The village is clearly all you can hope for and could imagine for a stay in Cornwall. Breakfast was also really nice.

Located in Boscastle, The Old Coach House has a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. This is a beautiful location on the upper part of Boscastle and perfect for folks with a car. There is ample free parking, and the road out front leads easily to any day trip direction you choose to go. Our room was beautifully decked out with ample towels, toiletries and wardrobe room. The bed was comfortable, and the windows are located so as to provide a lovely cross-breeze at night, with the sounds of trees and birds a nice background when hanging out in the room. There is a very nice shared lounge area we did not take advantage of, because were were too busy while there, but it would be a nice space for families or couples who were less ready to go right to bed at the end of the day. The room and ensuite bathroom were sparklingly clean and freshened each day. The facility is very eco-friendly, from working with travelers on conserving laundry to doing recycling of everything possible to minimize impact on the environment, while still making the traveler feel pampered and cared for. Jackie, our hostess, was a wealth of information and suggestions as we discussed our Cornwall plans. Our breakfast each morning was in a sunny, cheerful eating room, with fresh cooked to order meals that can be specialized to one's desire, and plenty of coffee, house-made fruit salad, yogurt, jams, etc. to suit anyone's desire. There is NOTHING like the gorgeous, bright orange, free range eggs Jackie served each day.

Located in Boscastle in the Cornwall region, Central Boscastle studio flat has a garden. We loved the flat which is perfect for two. It is a large studio with a separate kitchen and a stunning bath. The decor is lovely and it is furnished with everything you might need and if it is not available in the flat the owner probably has what you need. Georgie is a warm, kind host and we now consider her a friend and hope to return to stay with her again.

Boscastle is an intriguing place to visit, which I have been able to do on several occasions. The coastal walks, the history and the mystery all add to somewhere that one can always find something different.
Good : The sea air, lovely shops, friendly locals. Good place as a base for exploring further afield. St Nectan's Glen and Tintagel are just up the road and worth a visit. Not so good : Everywhere closes early (not the end of the world but city dwellers should be aware) The witch museum was ticket only, which we weren't aware of beforehand...because of covid obviously, so we didn't get to see the new exhibitions. Bad : Personally I didn't find anything bad. I love the place!
This property is situated in Lesnewth which is 2 miles outside Boscastle and not within an easy walk of Boscastle. On the plus side there are footpaths and fields to walk with fabulous views. Boscastle itself is extremely pretty and well worth a visit. We had a meal in the Wellington Hotel which was excellent.
Boscastle itself is a lovely village - has everything you need for either a day out or a stay there. Great walks ,lovely harbour, quaint shops, historical interest, good pubs & restaurants with friendly people.
Boscastle has the most dramatic harbour in Cornwall. The village is mostly picturesque and occupies a steep slope. The cliff walking (especially east) is challenging and beautiful - recommended for good walkers. There are associations with the writer Thomas Hardy. Some good pubs, one of them - the oldest (the Napoleon) - at the top of the village and three or four others (and local shops and cafes) at the bottom by the quay,
Boscastle is beautiful harbour village with plenty of walks and stunning views with places to eat. I would recommend that you pre book you evening meals as it’s a busy place and places get booked up quickly. We went to some of the local bars and restaurants and never had a bad meal.

We had the best time staying at Cargurra Farm. The cottage and Farm was so idyllic and perfect. Thank you Amy for the cream tea and hot chocolate upon arrival. Fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning for breakfast we're delightful and sitting outside in the evening watching the stars, we didn't want to leave but as the saying goes you have to leave to come back again and our last night we spent watching the sunset at Boscastle Harbour...perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you so so much
Boscastle
This location is VERY quite. Excellent location. Host was great, The building is a converted farm buildings, which has been done to a very high standard and well worth the visit. The nearest place for shopping is in Boscastle were you will find a Spar shop. There are a couple of bars/pub there. You will need a car to get into Boscastle. You could walk there but it would be a difficult walk back up to the cottage there are some very steep roads.......You have been warned.
The hotel is like a big functional family. Pleasant, friendly, small scale and capable. And the food ... they have an incredibly talented chef. We'd planned to cook in our (excellent) apartment, but after the best risotto I've ever eaten (I include Italy), why would we do that. And the music on Wednesdays was the best of a real life pub sing, great voices, great participation.

We had a nice stay at The Coach House. It was very clean and the room was nice. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was cooked to order. The owners were very friendly and very helpful with information about things to see in the area.

The bedroom was quite big and faced the river which was very nice. In addition, the hotel is based right in the city centre, which is good, as you can walk everywhere. Finally, the staff was very friendly and supportive during our stay.

great location, nice and close to Boscastle, without being too close, very quiet and beautiful rural views. A good size space for the two of us, comfortable and clean throughout, and a very friendly host!

Hosts kindly allowed us access to a fridge. Nice breakfast, very nice, very quiet location but still well located to explore North Cornwall. Lots of eating options in nearby Boscastle and Tintagel.

Jon and Delyth, the owners, were courteous, helpful and attentive. The property is really lovely and well located close to both Boscastle Harbour and to the South West Coast path.
