The room was very bright and clean. It smelled really good too. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice private deck and the room was totally private with beautiful views. The skylights added great light in the bathroom and bedroom. The room was decorated very tastefully. The guy who handled everything while we were there was amazing. He was very friendly, welcoming and warm. He handled multiple positions with such ease. The breakfast was over the top wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed for 2 nights as I walked N Cornwall coast path. It was like staying with old friends. The breakfast and supper were of 4* hotel standard. Home made granola with huge fresh fruit salad and sourdough toast with home made marmalade and jam. The hosts are exceptionally kind and considerate. I thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely stay. The bathroom is very spacious, with a nice bath and is squeaky clean. The room is very cosy with a biscuits and tea set. Breakfast was great, and it was lovely to talk to the hosts and get the know them. Location perfect to explore the area

Very comfortable in every way. Hosts were very friendly, room was compact, clean and had everything you need, breakfast was yummy and they had lots of options (including gluten free as requested), and the location was central but not busy. Perfect for a solo traveler, long or short stay.

    The location is perfect for coastal walks, bring good...

    The location is perfect for coastal walks, bring good walking shoes. There are several nearby beaches. There is an amazing tea room close by and also a 13th century pub well worth a visit. This is a great point to walk some of the coastal path and places such as Bude, Boscastle and Clovelly.

    I loved it in every way.

    I loved it in every way. It was so beautiful and calm and perfect. It really is an amazing, tranquil and beautiful area. Please note though that although I truly loved it in every way, if you are a nervous driver you may not be as keen - the trickiest (but prettiest!) narrowest roads can be a bit scary if you’re not used to them…
