Cean, comfortable, modern, it had everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of extra bedding and towels. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk already there. Amazing TV, Wi-Fi and a PlayStation! Centrally located, nice and close to the shops, Tesco is 2 mins away, Hinckley high street is 5 mins. The train station is just across the street. Nick the host was very friendly and accommodating. This apartment was the perfect base for everything we wanted to do. Will be the first choice for our next trip to Hinckley.

The Stables is located in Hinckley and offers a garden and a terrace. The country house has lake views and is 14 mi from Leicester. Everything was perfect, me and my partner stayed here with a couple of friends for a relaxing night before going to drayton manor, the staff were lovely and friendly, the house was very clean and even had the hot tub ready for us when we arrived. Would highly recommend the stables to anyone and will be returning in the future.

Very poor customer interaction. Young kids not paying much attention to their customers. Poor food, was like warm. Drinks were food value. Would not recommend hotel to anyone. Very noisy when in room with passing guests in corridor. No reply from reception when tried ro contact anyone.

We stayed in the hotel as a treat for husband's birthday. We did not leave the hotel to go anywhere else and ate at night in the restaurant. At breakfast there is a,.ot of self-service which can be difficult for elderly people like ourselves. In particular, getting tea or coffee which has to be carried across the dining room to your own table. A resident carried my cups for me. Staff should be aware of this.

if you are given a room close to the atrium. ie, 101-104, 201-204 etc, and you like a quiet night, ask for a room further away as the music 24/7 is annoying at 3am, not loud, just there. if you will need more tea/coffee etc for later, order/collect it at reception before you go out for the day, they are not automatically replenishing stuff at the moment due to staff shortages. breakfast is great, (except the sausages, but i'm fussy about sausages). other than that, a great hotel. we enjoyed our stay, although we chose this hotel because it was also hosting the conference we were attending. oh, if you like real ale, you may be dissapointed, and the bar staff kept asking if i wanted ice with my speckled hen.

Pleasant place and all shops full of friendly people. We enjoyed a couple of excellent meals, at Inferno, and The Golden Spoon. Decent car-parking facilities and good road access to further afield. For Satnav users, please note that the postcode given does NOT take you to the hotel - it leads you to an industrial estate, which used to connect to the hotel before they barred the connecting road. Take the B4109 rather than the A5

Very nice area plenty if good pubs and I would recommend doing the triumph factory tour. Driving is stressful as everyone drives like dicks and it's impossible to get out of junctions as nobody let's anyone out

Its a tired old hotel but the staff were lovely, whenever a Hotel says they allow dogs you know its going to be run down, so I expected that. Also it is in the middle of suburbia that isn't close to anything, great for a budget wedding but nothing else

This was towards the end of the CoVid restrictions, and the hotel did a great job of coping. There were changes in place, and it took some effort to work to that, but I was very impressed by what had been achieved to make our stay as safe and comfortable as possible, and how well things ran. The staff were amazing! The friendly reception, and their excellent service made our stay a real pleasure.

The whole hotel was clean, welcoming, warm and the all the staff were super friendly and helpful. We can’t remember the little woman’s name in particular but she was working in the Costa bar on Sunday the 19th of September. She went a live and beyond and we loved talking to her.

Very good location in Hinckley. Would rate it 7.5-8 good choice. Quiet surroundings. The hosts were very quick to fix one slight problem on the first day, even if I emailed on a Saturday evening. The problem was taken care of immediately the following day.
