The location is excellent in a very quite village just a few miles from East Midlands Airport

I had a wonderful stay at Charlotte and Ryan's place. Originally booked a few days as I had work which unfortunately was cancelled but still decided to stay as I was in need of some peace and quiet. The property was very easy to find and all the necessary info of how to enter was provided in good time. Self-check in was a breeze and I felt very comfortable here. Plus points: + Plenty of tea and coffee :) + Attentive, friendly & helpful hosts, always available should I need anything + Heating available when needed + Fast WiFi + Hot water and great shower! + Very comfy bed with under blanket heating + Garden very nice to sit out in + Ample parking space in the shared driveway (with owners) + Property very clean The hosts were lovely and I highly recommend their cute annexe to anyone wishing for a comfy place to lay their head. I would happily stay here again should the opportunity arise in future :)

The location was so quiet and peaceful, plenty of parking space available. The room was spacious, super clean and decorated to perfection. The owner was in contact before the stay with instructions on how to find the guest rooms and clear instructions on how to find the room. The room we had named: the pig sty (its not actually a pig sty, just a name) did not have a hot tub but we were aware of this upon booking, thought I would just mention that so others are aware. The continental breakfast supplied was also top notch with fresh orange juice, breakfast bars, toast, cerials, teas, coffee's, hot chocolates, and even fresh eggs which looked to be from the local farm, with full facilites in the room to make breakfast as you please. The bed was probably the best bed we have had in a hotel/guest room. it was amazing! There was a small decked area outside with table and chairs also, so you could sit and have a drink or breakfast outside. Close to a couple of pubs also which served some really nice food. Overall super impressed and we will return soon.

With spacious rooms and cooked breakfasts, there is also a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. the staff were very friendly, our room was very spacious and very good parking space for our car; small but nice breakfast buffet with a nice big selection for your freshly prepare main breakfast dish - very nice touch and delicious; also the free internet was very fast

Located at East Midlands Airport, this brand new Radisson Blu Hotel features a state-of-the-art leisure club, a stylish restaurant and free high-speed WiFi. We arrived to find they had upgraded us to accommodate the fact that we had our 16 year old daughter with us. Check on was swift, staff friendly and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious with a great range of products to meet every taste. Definitely a place to recommend!
