I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and the staff or the hotel/restaurant is superb. The pictures don’t do it justice. The food is amazing so definitely plan to eat there. They thought of everything from color schemes, to snacks, to electric plugs beside the bed and a small make up mirror on the window sill to capture natural light. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Scotland

Great property, exceptionally clean, very friendly staff and the food was delicious .We will definitely return

It had everything we needed. It was comfortable. Most of all, the staff were excellent!

They are all friendly, help us to check in early and they have gluten free choice in breakfast

Location perfect to the town center.

The rooms were a good size, bed comfortable and upstairs away from the main bar. It was warmer weather during our stay and the staff tracked down a pedestal fan for us to use to move the air around. We had a few different meals in the bar and the restaurant all of which were enjoyable and well presented. We didn't have breakfast included in the package as we were uncertain of our movements each day but were able to have breakfast a couple of times and pay the additional; cost which was reasonable value for money. The location was perfect for us to traverse north to John O groats and back again in the one day..big drive day but the long daylight hours helps and was still able to get a meal and drinks at the late arrival back. Bar and restauarant areas were both comfortable, clean and bar staff friendly.

It’s a perfect base for exploring the Loch Ness area. While the city itself isn’t particularly interesting, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding region. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was quality and had a great variety of cold and hot foods. A bonus we enjoyed was the pancakes made from a pancake maker.

Great location, wonderful staff and the food was exceptional.

Really charming place! Perfect in each and every aspect- design, service, cleanliness, surroundings, garden, atmosphere!!

Staff, location, food, rooms, everything!

Great location and superb staff. Breakfast was a strong 7/10, cleanliness 10/10. Would recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had welcome plates in the room, and they accommodated a last minute request for a room away from the street with a smile.

Good food and good service -the team managed by Sylvia was very helpful

The staff is very kind, Aga from the morning restaurant stand out specially, professional and very friendly.Thank you

It was centrally located, clean and comfortable

Location is perfect. Can walk to everything. Good restaurants nearby and almost next door for breakfast. Room is beautifully decorated and furnished

Very comfortable beds, nice welcome gift, clean and had a very good meal in the onsite restaurant.

The location, overall look and feel of the hotel

Modern spacious room, very quiet

Unique, gorgeous decor, and fantastic staff. Not just another cookie cutter hotel. We wished we had booked a longer stay as we never had a chance to soak in the claw foot tub. Jim is a wonderful and interesting host and the room was gorgeous. Breakfast was made to order and very generous in portions. We took a walk from the beach to the fairy pools in the morning and had a great day.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Good bar and restaurant. Short walk to downtown for live entertainment. Well worth it.

I loved the exterior and interior design of the hotel. The room worked great and I loved the level of comfort at this hotel. It was cosy and I would stay here again.
