Idyllic coastal town with most of the hotels, guest houses and self catering accommodation overlooking the harbour/coast. Plenty of nice walks, both easy and difficult depending on your fitness level; the harbour area hosting most of the accommodation is flat, however surrounding area is very hilly and steep. The small beach is usable in the warmer weather. Hotels on front all have large outdoor seating areas for food and drink and I believe most are pet friendly; bowls of water are scattered along the harbour front for your pouch to get a drink. Some local gift shops. Have eaten in a couple of the hotels and food has been good although drinks can be expensive.Guest review bypaulUnited Kingdom
