Place was scruffy bathroom was not clean the room was full of fruit flys and a smell of damp the fixtures like electrical was hanging of the walls bathroom was damp and the electrical shower was very poor with little flow to get access I waited for a hour just to get the code they won’t answer the phone number and come up with excuses a girl I presume the cleaner rocked up late and wouldn’t leave me in leaving myself to sit outside on the steps until the owners gave myself the code after a hour they only communicate through WhatsApp and don’t care I wouldn’t stay here again and wish I went to the travelodge which has a better hygiene and cleansing feel the whole house is rotten riddle with damp and rot I’m surprised it’s passed a check for insurance and the property is complaint to the Regulations certainty the Electrical work the bedroom window had clear gaps and has been a botch job as there’s a big draft come from the side of the window this place is a dive stay away best part of the stay is shutting the door and leaving not to return ever again

Really lovely area - a nice cafe and little shop within walking distance, 10 mins to a big supermarket, and a gorgeous park and botanical gardens within a five min walk. Swansea is only 10 mins away, and it is a good base for Cardiff, which is less than an hour away. Mumbles beach and pier is a 10 min drive, and is an absolutely lovely day out with rock pools, traditional seaside food and amusements.

Sketty was amazing and everything we needed as a group was minutes away. We enjoyed the sea view everywhere we looked. Absolutely our next visit will be longer because we didn’t explore all of Sketty or Swansea in general. I definitely recommend visiting Sketty for its beauty and gorgeous views.
