It was an idyllic place to explore coastal Dublin. And staff recommended many local treasures from swimming at the Forty Foot and other swim spots to restaurants, pubs and shoos. The hotel bikes are great.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The hotel felt grand and historic. I enjoyed the pool and spa area. We were able to walk to some restaurants and had coffee one morning while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Dublin Bay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Around 20 minutes’ drive from Dublin, Claremont House provides accommodations in Glenageary, 3 minutes’ walk from the train station. Each room has either en suite or private bathroom facilities.
