A cozy place to relax after the day trips. Kvosin Downtown is in a quiet area of the city yet within walking distance to good restaurants and landmarks. Our group of three adults find the room very spacious. We can shop for groceries at a nearby supermarket for breakfast in the kitchenette or even prepare a light dinner when we feel too tired after hiking in the glacier. The hotel is tastefully decorated, room is well kept and house keeping is dutiful. The biggest bonus is the very nice and helpful concierge team They deserve an applause 👏👏👏

The apartment was central, comfortable, clean and the amenities were an added bonus! There was a coffee machine, orange juice, and cereal for the morning. Great l’occtaine shampoos and soaps. And the FLEXIPASS app made it very easy to check in and out as we pleased.

Unbeatable view and room design. Aside from that, it's the best balance between a full service hotel and the privacy of an Airbnb-like rental. The experience itself is very intimate and catered as there are a very limited number of rooms and guests at a time. The staff were very ready to help with absolutely anything at all. The honesty bar is also AWESOME for having some drinks without the fuss of going to a hotel bar - feels just like going to your kitchen to fix a drink at home.

A hidden gem in Reykjavik. Exceptional price/performance return. And they’re always there to help you by phone or by the app, 24/7. Beautiful clean, modern rooms with classy fittings. Everything well thought of. Be sure to read the instructions very carefully because this is a self check-in / check-out hotel, everything is digital. I had stayed in the same place before, but it was called OK Hotel then. The rooms have undergone quite an upgrade and refurbishment. This is time mine was a spacious double room with an excellent kitchenette - a stovetop, a microwave, an espresso machine and a fridge. It was quite well equipped with cups, plates, glasses etc. I especially appreciated the espresso pods! There was also a small bottle of cooking oil - always appreciated in a self-catering place like this. The room was big and clean, with a big table and several chairs and a large-screen Android TV. My room was toward Laugavegur on the 3rd floor. Like before, the entrance is via a pub, a bit unexpected and possibly confusing if you don't know about this beforehand. Not very well marked, but there were signs on the window next to the pub door.

I stayed at this property for only one night however it met all expectations and more. Great sized room, clean and comfy. Staff was so nice and the location was amazing would recommend:)

    This is one of ,,those,, accommodations where you want to spend the night after a week full of traveling. It is clear that the owner has a sense of detail and quality. You can feel the quality on the materials and furnishings, the equipment of the entire apartment and the services that are here. Everything is still new, clean. Situated in a quiet location. We slept very well! Parking in front of the entrance, Accessibility anywhere is perfect. Since it is new here, the accommodation does not have any review and even though I usually do not write reviews, I think this one deserves one. For the price, it is exclusive accommodation and we will definitely come back here.

    Fantastic location, located closely to so many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need to enjoy your stay.... very easy to drive into Reykjavik or head out onto the Ring Road elsewhere.
