Place was disgusting. Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillows, old broken furniture, just plain gross! We left the premises immediately upon arrival. This place should not even be listed by booking.com as there are promoting 100% false advertising.

Everything! facility and service was exceptional For more details: I was received warmly like a family member they were expecting to come home The host showed me to the room it just felt like a home. Lovely view at the Patio Fresh smelling laundered towels Impeccably clean floor you could almost eat from the bathroom floor it was sparkling clean and immaculate I felt like i shouldn’t mess it up coffee and tea box well stocked, all appliances were working you could tell it is well maintained. Lush pillows and mattress allow for sweet dreams. I woke up thinking I had been sleeping in clouds till I became wide awake. They made a good restaurant recommendation and was helpful It wasn’t a fluke cause it happened over again!

Cosy place with all the facilities we needed and close to Florence by train! Located very near the train station too:) Would definitely stay here again as a couple or as a bigger group!

With our 3 day train pass to Florence, we had the best of both worlds; full days spent in Florence and a quiet, comfortable home to return to after a busy day. We felt safe taking the late 23:18hr train home after attending an evening opera event. Free parking at the train station made this very easy. Our host was extremely quick and helpful with any inquiries we had. I had the main floor bedroom with a very clean & modern bathroom while my traveling companion had the same on the second floor. The covered private outdoor eating area is a lovely spot to relax.

The age of the property made every day an enjoyable exploration. Perfectly maintained and beautiful. Al fresco dining, delicious food, breakfast buffet was opulent. Pool was lovely and poolside view is stunning.
