The host was very friendly and inspite of language barriers we communicated well enough. The idea that the consumption of gas for heating/warm water is billed separately is 7nusual but encourages to use resources wisely. In March we paid €2 for one night, mainly bathroom and a little sleeping rooms. Considering the spacious accomodation and the low price even 20€ would have been good value.

Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, Agriturismo Sant'Antonio is a working farm 3.7 mi from Manciano and a 25-minute drive from the Terme di Saturnia thermal baths.

Perfect for the visit of the Termals. To enjoy the hotsprings avoiding crowds, this place is excellent, because you can awake early in the day, and reach quickly, it's only 10 min. This place and it's garden it's beautiful, and perfect to relax. The night it's starry and incredible The Host was flexible, nice, and very kind. Extremely friendly host. Greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating for everything we needed. The pool was nice and very clean thanks to a cute robot. The area is gorgeous and the restaurant recommended by the host was exceptional. Our room was huge, with everything we needed. This was the best location we stayed at on our trip and in retrospect, we regretted not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

10 minutes drive to cascate del mulino. Very nice restaurant. We booked dinner on the day we were supposed to arrive and it was very romantically prepared . The food was delicious with a very original menu. A negative point is that we only ordered and clearly stated one first course to share, and then had main courses and dessert.. but we were brought two of the same first course.. which we thought they just divided on two plates.. until we saw the check! Kind host, later (not very late) check-in in possible after kindly asking.
