The hotel was located next to many of the main places to visit. Everything is within walking distance.Chiara and Anna were very attentive and gave suggestions of place to go visit. Also, during my visit, they were helpful in giving information for alternative transportation (taxi phone number)

A very cozy hotel in the historic center of Perugia. Quiet, cozy, rustic in the good way, clean. The staff is very friendly, I got some pointers when I first arrived. I cannot pronounce myself on the breakfast, but I think it's a tasty simple Italian croissant-and-coffee combo. There's a charming backyard, rooms are quiet. All in all, very pleasant.

This hotel is in a quiet location ( especially the rooms at the back ) There is a road at the front but it is at a lower level so its not really an issue. The hotel is conveniently situated near to the pedestrian walkway and escalators up to the upper town . It is an historic building with painted ceilings in the rooms. The large terraced breakfast area at the front of the hotel gives a great view over the countryside. The optional light continental breakfast is good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful . English spoken. This is the best review I have written on any hotel .

Five star location, five star breakfast, five star staff. And what a fabulous breakfast in an elegant dining room! The room was very modern, nice sized bathroom and extremely clean. Friendly, helpful and engaging staff; they got the taxi within minutes when you needed it. This was originally a 12th century medieval tower and latter a palazzo with beautiful fresco wall and ceiling art. Fabulous views from the roof terrace and the third floor terrace. And just steps from the town square. Perugia is the place to visit in this Italian region and this is the place to stay!
