My recent stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and ideal location. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a room that didn’t quite meet our expectations. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, immediately offering us an upgraded room without any hassle. They even surprised us with complimentary spa vouchers and a bottle of wine, which made us feel especially welcomed and valued. The hotel is perfectly situated for nature enthusiasts, offering stunning views and easy access to beautiful nature walks. The proximity to the cable car was a huge plus, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities at the hotel were rich with activities, ensuring that there was always something to do, whether you wanted to relax or be active. Parking was another convenient aspect, being close and easy to access, which is always a relief when traveling. Considering the overall experience, I found the price to be fair and well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking to enjoy a blend of comfort, excellent service, and natural beauty.

perfect hotel! comfortable bed and pillows, everything was really clean. Breakfast was so tasty with a lot of option to choose from. The guy that welcomed us was the nicest and made us feel really welcomed and good. highly recommend hotel and for sure we want to be back!

Overall an amazing stay, we were super happy about the choice. The room was very nice, super clean, and with a big bathroom equipped with a very good shower. The bed was big and comfortable. They also provide breakfast which had a lot of tasty options and was the perfect way to start the day before a long hike. The location was great, a few steps away from the bus stop that easily takes you to Ortisei or other villages. The staff was super friendly and helpful

It’s a perfect hotel in the heart of Dolomites! 😍 The location is great, it’s a 10 min drive to Ortisei cable cars going to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. The swimming pool area is perfect - warm water, wonderful views, many sunbeds and a cozy sauna. The family room for 5 people was very convenient and clean, and had a terrace with a view of Sasolungo peak. Also, we really loved the food there. There was a big choice for breakfast, and dinners were amazing, offering different menu (including traditional dishes) everyday. The service at the restaurant was great, our waiter Alessandro was super nice and friendly, what made our dining experience even better. Overall, I regret that we booked only 4 nights there, we could have stayed there for a week :)

    We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday house! Great location – very close to the cable cars that take you to Seceda and Monte Pana in the beautiful Dolomites. The area is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were very kind, welcomed us with gifts, and gave us great tips on what to see and do nearby. The house had everything we needed: brand-new beds, super comfortable mattresses, and the host kindly provided lower pillows upon request. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We stayed on the ground floor – although the weather was rainy, it was always warm inside thanks to the heating. A perfect place for both active holidays and peaceful rest – highly recommended!

    Santa Cristina Val Gardena is an absolute gem in the Dolomites. The town perfectly balances peaceful Alpine charm with great access to outdoor adventures. It's smaller and quieter than nearby Ortisei or Selva, which made it feel more authentic and relaxing, but it still offers everything you need — cozy cafes, excellent restaurants, and beautiful walking paths right from the center.

    Traditional Village that is set back from the main route so there is far less traffic than Selva. Still have quick access to the Sella Ronda from the main gondola Can be a little bit confusing navigating the pistes at first as they aren't all numbered clearly but it's quick to figure out. If you end up in Selva then there is a bus back but easier to take the gondola up and take the red down.

    This stay had the most amazing views and the most charming hostess. She was very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed talking with her. The accommodations were comfortable. We walked from Garni de Chalet to a local restaurant that was very good. This town had two restaurants but a short drive or bus ride to Ortisei provided many more options to eat.

    Santa Cristina is located very near the Dolomiti mountains. A beautiful place in northern Italy. With beautiful landscapes for cycling, trekking and site seeing. I would recommend this place to anyone who love nature.

    I stayed in this hotel with my mom and a friend for four days. We had a very nice-sized room with a big balcony with an amazing view. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good with a good selection. The ladies serving breakfast are very hard-working and friendly. The receptionist is an amazing lady as well.
