We booked this hotel last minute. To our surprise it was excellent. Service impeccable, rooms and facilities super clean and modern. Bed and linens extra comfortable. Quality of toiletries excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious, variety of great quality food, and excellent service. We only stayed for 1 night, but we will be back.

Great Breakfast. It will be convenient for people going for the first time to Orvieto to know that from the train, you take a funicular and there is a connecting bus that will take you very close to the hotel. We did not know and did not take the bus.

Everything! Room was nice, clean, great shower. Host was very kind and friendly. Great breakfast, lots of parking, beautiful views. Perfect stop to refresh. Local activities and food were great as well. So you are aware, directions are accurate but the drive is gravel so it felt like a home pulling up. In my opinion, it was more than homey - just seemed wrong until we knocked on the door

This small family inn is within easy walking distance to the train station and funicular. The a/c worked very well, the beds are new and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice, with many cakes , fruit, cheese and meats. I recommend this hotel.
