I like this hotel very much. They have in house onsen and private bath in room. There was excellent for the private bath in room. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast have choices of Japanese or Western. The view was nice. This hotel was very privacy. They offer free drink of beer, sake, wine & soda drink. Overall was good experience.

The view from the second floor is phenomenal, and our room had a bathtub overlooking Lake Toya. The opposite side even had a beautiful view of Mt Yotei as well. Both rooms we booked were very spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, we were incredibly impressed with the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. Our car was almost out of gas, and we were unsure if we could make it back down to Toyako Onsen area to refuel. After discussing our options with Umada-san at the front desk, he offered to drive down to get some gas to refuel our tank. Despite offering him payment several times, he insisted on not accepting it. We deeply appreciate his kind gesture and would definitely return for the great value, incredible views, and wonderful service.

Amazing view of the lake and islands. Great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Very helpful concierge staff that adeptly used Google translate to communicate. Many spoke English. Advised us to take the ferry to neighboring island for a short, medium, or long hike that was very well marked but felt remote.
