Nice staff and good breakfast! Also specieus rooms and goooooood coffee!

A beautifully located hotel on the Amstel River with great, responsive and very helpful staff.

The receptionists were incredibly helpful and informative! They made our trip successful with their knowledgable recommendations. The quadruple room set up was very nice. Very clean rooms.

It's a perfect stay. Really nicely decorated, everything looks new. It's super clean. Breakfast perfect. Stuff kind and helpful. Located in a peaceful area. It's 15 min from the airport. If you want to save money on taxi, public transportation is good option if you don't have more than one suitcase. There is a short walk from bus station to the hotel but it's not an issue, all flat 😁

Amazing staff Free airport pick up Clean room Small but very nice breakfast Close to the airport Quick response

Great location. Near the airport but lots of shops and restaurants near by

I would definitely come here again.

The location, right outside the airport, convenient tunnel to walk to the hotel from the airport, beautiful restaurant, confortable room.

It was super close to the airport check-in at the staff were extremely helpful and in particular Michael in the bar treated us very well for the two nights that we were there.

Staff very friendly and even helped us navigate Public transportation. Easter weekend chocolate candies on the tables in the lobby was a nice touch..

Great Hotel, included all we need it for our stay

We absolutely loved our time here. The staff was friendly and wonderful. They had a little crocheted toy for my infant daughter. The room was comfortable and clean and the air conditioner worked fantastic. I left something and the staff contacted me immediately and easily arranged shipping for my item back to me. If I am ever back in the are I will definitely be returning for another stay!

I missed a flight and I needed a place to stay. The shuttle service was the main factor for chosing the hotel. I wasn't expecting much of the hotel, but it was so nice to see that the bed was really good, the room was good, the shower was good and the the breakfast was good. This was so comforting after such a tough journey. Airport hotels can quickly get impersonal and bland, I am so glad that Bastion actually cares about the guest. Can highly recommend.

Our flight got canceled late in the evening and we had to quickly find a place to stay. This hotel had reasonable prices and shuttle from and to the airport. General Manager greeted this sudden influx of passengers late at night by opening the hotel kitchen and organizing pizzas. That was a nice touch.

The vibe was good, not stuffy or traditional

Great hotel, with excellent food and service. The shuttle got us to Schiphol and from there it was easy to get to Amsterdam. The swimming pool and the gym were excellent. The room is big and beautiful.

The property was overall great! No complaints!
