The Staff were amazing especially managing the bar noise and patrons once bar closed. The convince of it's location, super flexible with check-in times and the blackout curtains were all fantastic!

The place blew us away .... it was lovely. We had unit 5 which was on the ground floor with parking at the door, and it was huge. Fully equipped kitchen and accommodation, including a patio at the back. Immaculate and spacious and we loved it. Quite unexpected for a small town. LOVED IT !! There are a couple of supermarkets, gas stations and an excellent Indian restaurant all nearby too.

Our family travelled for a funeral and the funeral home was directly across the road which was perfect for us to visit our family prior to the service. The back gate takes you directly out to the New World and the Gull petrol station is on the corner. There was a food van across the road the night we stayed and coffee in walking distance. Perfect.

Boasting free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and free on-site parking, Thornton Lodge Motel is ideally located for trout fishing in the nearby rivers.
