We had the best time in Dallas, and staying in Springhill Suites/Marriott was great and convenient. The staff were friendly and courteous, Courtney the bartender was awesome, we stayed there a week and had drinks every night and was graced by her pleasant company. The receptionist on duty were accommodating with all our requests. I would recommend staying there if visiting Dallas.

The location is ideal for exploring Deep Ellum - an excellent little neighborhood filled with cool bars and restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and cafes. The team were all beyond friendly and helpful, and super super accomodating (we ended up staying two extra nights!) Coffee and cocktails were yummy and the other people staying were fab - we had an awesome time. Wifi is good and the workspace is perfect for remote workers.

    I loved the city and it's flavor for food. We are at Taco city downtown and 360 brunch house it was amazing. Some other attractions was six flags over Texas had a ball. The traffic was thick but the city was worth it.

    Dallas is a great city, but if you intend to see as much as possible you need a car. All locations are accessable by DART/TRE but lengthy waits may be in store as co-ordinating links/transfers can be difficult.

    Dallas is an incredible city, full of every cultural restaurant and shopping from the most inclusive to the most affordable. Also full of history and the Texas experience of ranching to the explorative. Check out the Perot Museum, especially with kids. If you want Tex-Mex with the best prices, check out Desperados on Greenville. I was born in Dallas in 1966 and only moved away (to France) after 40 years. I love this city.

    Dallas is a huge place but the driving is wild most fun i've had moving around a city. keep on your toes and study your maps ahead of time if you want to avoid having to double back on parts of the drive. As for the food some of the best stuff i've had tho the price was a bit richer then i had expected still the city offers plenty of options to choose from if you look around.

    Hotel tired, windows filthy on outside and interior of room very dark, not enough lighting. ( hence how we knew the windows were dirty , when we tried to put the blinds up to get sone light into the room) however room clean and comfortable. Very nice bathroom and shower good. Great location in downtown Dallas. Disappointed that there was no kettle to make a cuppa.

The shuttle was a bonus and we found the hotel well placed for Getting around the city if not by the shuttle the dart rail which is a 5 min walk and takes you downtown. The staff either at front desk or the restaurant were very helpful and friendly thank you all For a great stay
