Gatlinberg is an awesome place to visit, there are so many things to do whether you're shopping, playing or eating ,and the atmosphere is amazing. You could do something different every day. And the mountains are so beautiful even if it rains. I loved every minute and can't wait to go back. Favorite spots were just walking the streets where all the shops were and driving through Cades Cove. My family of 4 and I choose Gatlinburg for our week long vacation this year. We love the mountains and Gatlinburg is an awesome family fun area. We did a lot in the week. We eat at Dick's, and Dave Crockets more than once lol. We went to Anakesta and The Sky Brige to see the awesome views and attractions. Moonshine tasting at Sugarlands and Ole Smoky every night. We played blacklist putt putt, 7D adventure, more than 1 arcades, and we enjoyed every minute together.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

I have been coming to Gatlinburg for years and even worked there when I was in college during the summers. The city is not what it used to be and more like a big distillery and tshirt shops. The only area which I still like is The Village and The Craft Loop. They need to go back to their roots and remember that is why people visited there. There were also very few restaurants in the downtown area which provided seating and reasonable menu. As always, the National park was beautiful and peacefulGuest review byJaneUnited States - 10.0

I cannot overstate how nice it is to have a fireplace in your hotel room! Other than that the room was generally comfy, clean, and spacious. The free breakfast buffet was nice, obviously don't expect five star cuisine but as far as free food goes it was quite tasty.
