It's very conveniently located with a 10 minute drive from the airport. We had the family room which was spacious and a big bathroom with hot water for the shower. The manager was very helpful and kind. He booked a taxi for 100 dg to take us to the airport in the morning. Overall, a good stay!

It was a clean hotel, very comfortable beds and we had a good night taking rest after 10 hour flight to Vietnam. Chio hotel pick up service so very convenient which was a 10 minute driver and the driver waiting for you at the lobby out side with my name card, perfectly doable. Free wifi at the Chio hotel can look up your route. The hotelroom had 2ways airconditioning (Hot and cold). We could see everything was cleaned. They have everything I need in room. The breakfast simple but enought.

Everything was perfect the Staff Ryan and Tri was very helpful and Organized the a cab for the next morning at the right time as well as the breakfast a little bit earlier because of my early flight. At the evening they drove me to a restaurant around corner and also drove me after back. thanks for everything! :)

    Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

    Being close to Hanoi International airport the location was good, as I arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning. The staff were very helpful and provided me with taxis both to the hotel and back to the airport.
