The location was amazing, staff where always great. Our room was made up every day with fresh towels, that was really good as we had quite a few showers every day with the hot weather.

Everything :) The location is not far from the touristy area. I love the room and everything inside. There was a small fridge, a kettle, some breakfast ready (bread, coffee, juice), a working table, soap, shampoo, shower cap. Room was also equipped with AC. Bed was comfortable. Easy to find. Instructions are also easy.

What a special place! It’s even more beautiful than the photos and located directly in Piazza Pitti, one of Florence’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The staff and owners were welcoming and engaging. They also provided good recommendations for nearby restaurants. We will definitely return.

Very nice place. We only stayed one night but wish we would’ve stayed here longer. The place itself is conveniently located and very modern. Staff was also lovely.

Beautiful historical rooms with amazing paintings and great friendly staff that are available during the morning making coffee and delicious breakfast. There are daily housekeeping that made us comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay add on the location was great every attraction was 20-30 min walk with great near by facilities and restaurants 💖 thanks to the family, we really felt welcomed. We definitely coming back.
