Romano was very helpful and informative. The establishment is very clean and neat. The breakfast was aweasome. It was even better than the restaurants that serve breakfast. The location was easy to find and at the very center to go everywhere .definitely recommend

Communication with the staff were fast and they were responsive to my messages. The hotel is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the train station. The staffs were friendly and helpful, giving us information about Venice as well as showing us to our room and providing info on the room. Room was cosy and clean and wifi was strong. It is around 20 to 30 mins walk to the San Marco and Rialto bridge but it's a nice walk with beautiful sights. We didn't take the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
