Everything was nice. Everyone was super helpful. We could check-in a bit earlier because the room was ready. Room and the whole hotel was clean, they changed our towels everyday. Amenities available for us to use (bathrobe, cosmetics, coffee, tea...). Location was okay, around 25min with train to Shibuya. Family market near by. Subway was like 3 min walk.

Very friendly and helfull staff, located closeby a metro station, clean room with extra blankets in case you need them and the bed was comfortable. Free toast+jam breakfast was also very nice to have :)

The BOOKS are displayed everywhere! The customer service was very welcoming and friendly. The location was close to the subway and the Imperial Palace gardens.

We stayed at this lovely family run boutique hotel during New Year's week. The quiet location of the hotel was a restful contrast to the crowded tourist areas which we could easily access by walking to the nearby train station. The accommodations were modern and spacious with very comfortable beds which have Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. Our very tall teenage boys easily fit in the beds. Our room also included a dining table, sofa, and a small kitchenette. Our booking included a delicious breakfast made daily on site by our hosts and served in the lounge. We even had a special New Year's Day breakfast called Osechi Ryori which included ozoni and a traditional Japanese breakfast on the weekend. The warm hospitality that our hosts extended to us made us feel like we were guests in their home. When we went out for a day trip, they would offer thoughtful items to take depending on our itinerary. When our family became unexpectedly ill, our hosts gave us a care package with supplies and brought breakfast up to our room. We couldn't have been more well cared for. Our kind and gracious hosts treated us like family. They made our trip to Japan so memorable. We would definitely return.

The look, the decoration, the room. The employees were supernice. Even though they wore masks most of the time, there are certain people who somehow can smile with their eyes.

The location of the hotel is extremely good with two convenient entrances. Our view of the scramble and Tokyo in general was extraordinary, we would just stare outside for minutes on end. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helped with our every need. The breakfast buffet is good, though a bit limited. Even though the area of the hotel is a bustling neighborhood, we never heard any noise from the outside. The beds were extremely comfortable, so nice to come to after a busy day of walking. The room is big enough compared to Tokyo standards, we had no issue being two people.
