Hotels in Shinbashi, Tokyo

Great views from the lobby and room.

Its a super beautiful elegant hotel in an amazing location- we loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. They were very kind and refunded the cancellation fee of our initial booking as our child fell sick- so it was obvious that when we replanned the trip we stayed with them! The rooms are clean, modern with lovely views of the city. Room service and guest relations response was prompt and so caring. I would say this is a five star hotel. With incredible value for money.

The breakfast, the view from our room, and the location, as well as the friendly staff. It was really nice that we had our own washing machine and trouser press.

Rooms are tiny but pack everything in - we did not feel claustrophobic at all! Comfortable, clean rooms with all the amenities you will require. Excellent location close to Shimbashi station and surrounded by eating joints and street counters selling desserts. Staff were efficient and helpful.

Super clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing

Great location and excellent staff. Far better than APA.

Bed was very comfortable! Perfect location!

The location is great. As soon as you get to the lobby you can feel the vibe of the hotel. Very friendly. Amazing view to Tokyo Tower.

Small breakfast was nice. Lobby free coffee nice atmosphere. Helpful staffs.

I had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the laundry service worked perfectly. My favorite part was the 24-hour free water refill—a very convenient and thoughtful touch! The room was quiet and peaceful, and the housekeeping team was always ready to help whenever I needed something.

Very Nice room. Nicer vibe than regular business hotels and a bit bigger. Actually enjoyed staying in the room. Big bed and clean nice bathroom. Quite street and a Konbini near by.

Excellent experience at check in. Forgot his name but the guy who checked us in was able to speak English and gave us a quick rundown of the hotel and its amenities. He was very friendly and professional, which set the tone for the rest of our stay at this hotel.

I am a solo traveller, and that was my first time in Japan. The hotel was at a very convenient location and it helped me go wherever I wanted easily , someties veen walking
