Very traditional Japanese ryokan experience in Tokyo, and the neighborhood is also so beautiful and very local compared to other places like shibuya. I would recommend to anyone coming to Tokyo !

The apartment was spacious for 5 of us. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff great. Location excellent- quieter than central Tokyo/ Shibuyu but easy to move around and public transport so close. The area itself was great close to the temple, shopping and river walk. Lots of restaurants.

I think the staff is what makes this hotel a 5 star. The front desk staff were all truly amazing. I got stuck in Tokyo for an extra 4 days due to Air Canada’s strike, and they were very accommodating and empathetic. They were always prompt, super helpful, smiling and just overall amazing. I even contacted them after I left Japan and they replied right away. The rooms we got were all great too. Location is a bit far from Shibuya and Shinjuku. It’s about a 40-45 min subway ride. But the subway is right in front of the hotel.

very convenient location when arriving to Tokyo - close to the must-see Asakusa district and located close to train+metro line from both Haneda and Narita airports. clean hotel, helpful staff with good English, nice room this was one of four Koko/Wing hotels on our itenerary and they were all very solid, always in good location, clean and reasonably priced
