The facilities are very clean, the beds are private. I arrived after 10pm and the late-night desk staff were very competent and attentive. The common areas are very cool, relaxed and spacious. They have a first floor lobby, a second floor lounge and kitchen area. The L runs right by the second floor kitchen ~ making for great Chicago videos and photos! Plus, the location and price are super convenient!
