This is one of the most stylish and well-designed hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail—from the smooth-gliding curtain handles to the Dyson hair dryer and Nespresso machine—exudes luxury and thoughtful design. The signature bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt both high-end and cozy. I loved the intuitive controls for lighting, and ambiance, especially the privacy button instead of a door hanger. The bathroom lighting was perfect, and all the in-room amenities and products were high quality. The spa and steam room were also a highlight, and the pool was beautiful. The staff were very thoughtful and professional, and even surprised me with Nobu sweets and chocolates for my birthday, which made the experience extra special. The location is excellent too—easy access to great restaurants, bike paths, and public transit. Overall, it felt like a real treat and the perfect place to celebrate.

The room was amazing. Very quiet and comfortable. I loved that you had to use your hotel keycard to do everything which was a bonus to me and my husband. Parking was near by, very close. Stores on site if needed. Every one was so nice.

The hotel is in a fun area where people come to go out to dinner. We went to the movies on the roof at night. Very fun! Big lobby and a coffee place at hotel. Liked the room a lot. I read other reviews that the rooms were basic but ours had soft carpet and a big bathroom and a king bed. Was great.

I felt like I was staying in a real Chicago apartment! Also it's the most intense, insane steam sauna I've ever seen, which is great. And the skylounge was transcendent.
